Entry Acceptance RulesĮach entry will consist of three (3) 12- to 22-ounce capped, corked, or swing-top bottles or 12- to 16-ounce cans that are void of all identifying information, including labels and embossing. All brews in combined categories will be judged in the style in which they were originally entered. Every effort will be made to combine similar styles. There will be at least one BJCP judge in each flight.īrewers are not limited to one entry in each category but may only enter each subcategory once.Ĭategories may be combined based on the number of entries at the discretion of the competition committee. The average of the scores will rank each entry in its category. Judges will evaluate and score each entry. Qualified judging of all entries is the primary goal of our event.

If reassignment results in a brewer having multiple entries in a subcategory limited to one entry per entrant, the reclassified beer will be disqualified. If an entry is deemed misclassified, it will be reassigned based on information provided by the entrant. Entries will be reviewed prior to check-in to ensure appropriate classification according to the 2021 BJCP Style Guidelines. The competition organizers reserve the right to combine styles for judging and to restructure awards as needed based on the quantity and quality of entries. The competition organizers are not responsible for misclassified entries, entries not received by the entry deadline, or entries that arrive damaged.
